Very impressed ckpool and solo both are very quick is there issue with de being slower?

The next block is around the corner !!!  The last block found is more than a month already. Does this means that based on stats, ck solo should find a block soon? or it all depends on each personal hashrate.

Restart completed uneventfully. This pool now supports bech32 addresses. These are currently available on only electrum wallet by default, but the next version of bitcoin core due out, 0.16.0, will be able to natively support them. These are native segwit addresses that start with bc1 instead of 1x or 3x (eg bc1qw508d6qejxtdg4y5r3zarvary0c5xw7kv8f3t4), and the advantage of native segwit addresses is they take up less blockchain space making transactions that use them slightly smaller and thereby having a very slight decrease in transaction fee.

Makes no difference here. Feel free to change to a different address, even a native segwit address

Just to know that I understand this pool. It's more a lottery right? So you either mine a block and win the jackpot, or get nothing for weeks.

I wanted to try and pointed my S9 to this pool. Couple of days now but no btc showing up on my wallet.

How good would a friday block be now after that statement.  I think for a lot of small miner here wishing on the chance to find 12.5 coins with them at now 10k that is 125,600USD for someone like me that would be a life changing sum of money.
