The worst part of all this is how they've tried to make it seem like the project had nothing to do with them, just to avoid taking responsibility. It's an absolute disgrace. Everyone who got involved in this project from the beginning did so because it was announced on FortuneJack with tons of promised utilities—otherwise, I would’ve never touched this shitty project.

Now they release a worthless token with no utility and completely changed tokenomics designed to destroy any value of the tokens we bought. It’s pure garbage—this couldn’t have been done any worse. And all of it just to make it look like they launched the token but the market is to blame or whatever nonsense...

And the worst part is they could have done refunds back in January when it was already clear something was wrong. Instead, they wasted our money on those stupid $1,000 daily raffles that only attracted bots. They deceived us and kept us mentally trapped in a clearly dead project.

Then, in March, FortuneJack just silently removed all mention of it from their site without even a single statement. I repeat: they have no shame. But this stain will follow them forever no matter how much they try to hide it. They’ve kept us mentally hostage and didn’t even have the decency to apologize. It’s disgusting, honestly.

I have about 150k and both from bought airdrop and presale and only got ~280 to withdraw, and as far as i can see no one from the top users that held even 1M+ are not being to withdraw, but there are quite some sells since TGE so only option here is that FJ is selling tokens to scam even more.

Maybe they just wanted to surprise their users for FJ 10 years anniversary by scamming them and taking their money 

This is the problem when there’s less demand in the presale while they use already the liquidity from the investment in exchange for their token.

This is very common downside of casino utility token if the casino failed to deliver a good utility to their token since no one will buy while the majority of presale buyer will rush to sell their tokens on thin liquidity on exchange.

I believe FJ will not completely destroy their reputation on this failed token sale. Initiating refund is the right approach if they don’t want to continue the token.

They have claimed that the team behind the token is not the same team behind Fortunejack as a whole casino business.
I think this claim can be used later once everything goes worse because they are not fully responsible for the token project as they have other party to blame if it will completely failed in the near future.
However, whether the claim is real or not but if the token project is failed and many early investors feels that they are being scammed, it will give big impact to Fortunejack in general.
There are thousands of users who are on subscribing the Token telegram group, lets say 10% were early investors who spent some money on the token, they will start to spread the words online through social media or in the internet in general, it will affect FJ's reputation absolutely.

Yes this might be their excuse if the project fails, but even if they try to say that it will still hurt their reputation. People will continue to associate the token with FortuneJack no matter what they say.

What's worse is, instead of offering refunds they seem to be continuing the project and possibly just to scam more people or eventually rugpull.
I'm one of those who invested time into this token, claiming daily airdrops. Until now, the tokens I’ve accumulated are still not withdrawable.
And now, their telegram mini game/website isn't even accessible anymore.

That’s a pretty vague reason since they allow them to use their brand to be attached on the token so regardless they are related or not they are partially liable on the investors sake because they will not invest if this is not about Fortunejack which is a reputable casino.

They should decline using their casino name in the beginning if they are not with them.

We all know that FJ team has part on the token sale profit.

I do understand the frustration and we all know that they are affiliated to this token no matter how hard they twist their connection.

The only issue is this is a utility token which is not regulated. They can make this a long game of delaying or dodging the issue until investors already tired on chasing them since they are not obligated to give dividends.

Making other user aware especially players about what they did to token holders is the only thing you can do to force them to issue refund if they want to protect their reputation.

Already looks like their token project failed badly thanks to taking a different approach and they are failing to accept accountability due to which their reputation started sinking recently in this forum at least.

Their 10+ years of trust and experience in crypto gambling won't bail them out of this situation unless they refund all the legit victims appropriately.
