Just want to let the community know I have successfully compiled minerd cpu miner for OS X Yosemite. I will try to put up a website soon to post it as it was not trivial to build. There are no changes to the source, just very challenging to get the right OS X environment and libraries installed.
I am now successfully running ccminer on my mac as well. Getting around 1100 kh/s on my GeForce 750m.
However...
I have a PC with a GeForce GT 520. Cuda is installed and the samples are working, however ccminer kbomba (supports compute 2.1) doesn't seem to work with the quark algorithm. I can get X11 working on this build so it makes me think it's an issue with the quark algo implementation rather than my CUDA setup (although I've been wrong before). I'm running CUDA 6.5, and have visual studio community 2013 installed. I also tried it under ubuntu. After the nightmare that ensued, I finally got the ubuntu CUDA drivers installed and working (as well as the test files), but ccminer just seg faults. If anyone has gotten ccminer working with the quark algo on a compute 2.1 Nvidia card, please let me know.
Any help would be appreciated! In the meantime, if you would like to try my OS X minerd build - feel free to contact me.
Very cool ! Thank you

PM me your MUE address (or add it to your signature) and I'll send you a tip.
I'm not a tech guy, and I've never GPU mined, so hopefully someone will come along and help out with your PC issues.
I assume you are trying to pool mine versus solo mine? I'm aware solo mining is currently not possible as there is no solo mining software that is compatible with the Bitcoin core 0.10 code we have upgraded to.
