I'm for certain the largest wallet is Bittrex, I used the explorer to follow almost every withdraw (outputs) that have taken place. The guys that own the 500K wallets own 80% of the small ranked wallets between 30-55 top addresses. The guy that owns 38btc worth, if he hasn't sold for profit already probally has most of his coins in smaller wallets that don't show up on richlist rank wallets. You have to look through the hash inputs/outputs to see the real picture. Its very interesting.

It seems that more people are getting their coins out bittrex and started stacking... the difficulty is getting higher, please stop... xD

Are you going to be taking pictures with him to prove he is who he claims to be? If you do this right he may be able to receive a better rating for the proof of development too? That will put alot of this FUD to rest and that alone will be shown with a higher market cap in the next few weeks. If the marketcap grew to 1M that would be a 10X increase in price. I personally see that reachable with good marketing. The marketing starts with the community word of mouth. Get active on social networks with posting links to this thread. Just keep buying and hold until you can't anymore. Looks as if many people have their eyes already set on this coin.
