I occasionally have to log out and back in to see new balances updated.

Thanks, turned out to be a good idea! I had this symptom when nothing showed up under the balances tab, and the little blue balance display on the trading tab didn't show either.
Logging out and back in fixed it, so probably some session issue - I'll try to look into the error log if it happens again.

Hi, scroll up a bit mate, I had the same issue; logging out back in fixed it.
But before you do. If you hit F12, and then find the console tab, any red messages there could help the Dev fix up the problem for good.

Re what Mark said in the video and the 502 errors I see on banx.io - this could be an option https://www.cloudflare.com/ seems to me that a lot of the sites with considerable amount of traffic in crypto (exchanges, pools, hash providers) are using it at the moment. They have a 100% uptime guarantee plan for 130 quid a month.

Banx.io is up and running for deposits etc but the trading engine is still being worked on. Hopefully later today we will be fully back up and running though.

Please don't forget that all your BANX Shares need to be in the Banx.io exchange by 5PM GMT on Friday 28th November (thats this friday) otherwise you risk your shares becoming invalid when we run the updates on the wallet to make everything more secure.
