Provide transaction ID's and admin helps you.

I didn't check the site entirely whether they have mentioned anywhere in the site but they clearly said that they would send you back your winnings to the same address which they received money. So you should know that when you send money directly from exchanges they won't use your BTC address to send money. Partially your mistake also their so now you write to admin and explain to them your issue. It may get resolved.

the payout have already sent to the coinbase wallet( address) that you sent .
so we can not give you  double payout .

I am not surpised the rate is low for BTC. Its basically not that hard to exploit the site, all you need to do is wait for some huge spike and then have an fast bot place a bet for you.
