The problem is that depending on what day it is, sometimes an average miners fee of 50-60 Sats per byte might not be adequate enough. Last week you had to use fees of at least 90-100 Sats per byte to get it confirmed sometime in the hour.

If you look at
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
It will tell you which fees to use depending on how fast you want it confirmed.

Since you are a developer you can use their API at https://bitcoinfees.21.co/api and change your software to make the withdraw miner fees dynamic and then people won't have this issue.
