Since we're sharing about missing balances...  I was able to get my DOGE out the same day the withdraw page went up, but had a problem getting my syscoin and darkcoin wallet addresses at the same time...  Anyway, finally got the addresses to take on the site, it's been about 2 weeks since I updated my remaining altcoin destinations, so far nothing

I'd encourage you to file a creditor's claim in the current insolvency proceeding.  See my last post in this thread.  You don't want to be left out in the cold when the receiver starts selling off MooPay's assets (possibly Ryan's personal assets if they were purchased with ill-gotten gains (e.g., sports cars)) to pay Syscoin devs and others who have filed such a claim.  In other words, you need to investigate to what extent you need to be on the receiver's creditor list to protect your interests.  If the process is similar to bankruptcy actions in the U.S., its not terribly hard or burdensome - may be free even.

These forms can be filled and sent in even if someone is not from UK?

Where should the Proof of Debt form be sent? Is there even an official receiver yet?

They are fighting against Ryan through courts and are working with Ferdous. What have you done apart from wining on this forum?
