You have no idea who claimed what from the initial scrypt mining phase or when they did so, anymore than you know who did the initial mining, whether any was done by or for ∆9 or anything else for that matter. What you have is block chain-recorded transactions indicating some of the coins generated to facilitate the change of algorithms ended up on BitTrex (major surprise!) and were likely sold when CANN prices were absurdly high last October (even bigger surprise!!). Sounds like an intelligent decision by the owner at that time.
Apparently everyone but you would be perfectly happy had ∆9 raised some capital in that manner although by his own statement he did not. More power to whoever took advantage of prematurely high prices. Just think James, it could have been ... me.
