Cannabis status in the US may change dramatically in Tuesday's election.
Entertainment Access legalization vote in five states and the legalization of medical marijuana in four. Currently, marijuana is completely legal in four states and the capital city of Washington and the medical use of the cannabis in 21 states.
Five states Arizona, California, Maine, Massachusetts and Nevada will consider legalizing the recreational use of pot. Three others Florida, Arkansas and North Dakota will decide whether to permit marijuana for medical purposes. Montana will weigh whether to ease restrictions on an existing medical marijuana law.
If California changed its laws permit, the use of cannabis entertainment will be allowed in the entire US West Coast and about 75 million people accounting for more than 23 percent of the U.S. population would live in states where recreational pot is legal.
