Yes, XST will have it own multisignature. From what I understand Hondo said XST will have all if not most of the utility other coins have with less bloat, it will either from open source or the team will creating them. The team already created the first coin to have TOR implemented, first anon SMS, first tile and 3d wallet after Bitcoin. Basically XST will creating something different other coins don't have and  combining the utility from other coins and make it better. Hondo have the knowledge to do all these things and make sure XST is running smoothly. XST is here to stay.
