But if you do not want to wait then make a buy order higher than the market price of XST and your order will be filled quickly.

I am hoping something comes before Xmas.

You can divide your 5 BTC to smaller parts, offering the price you are willing to pay for each part.

Then just do a buy order of 5 btc for that price.
People interested in selling going selling for you until your buy order be complete

EDIT: but if you want buy orders that are there, you don't need to write the value and amount of coins for each sales order, just click on the value and number of coins that they will appear in the purchase box.
Or else make a big buy order for example 1 btc at 0.00003200 and all sales orders until 3200 satoshis will go to you by the value they were placed by the seller and not at your 3200.
