I for one was on here and saying it looked like a scam now. I mean where were they for 2 years and also letting xc get delisted from bittrex. Both are gone from polo. Banning people for asking a few pointed questions or criticising the handling of blocknet and xc.


HOWEVER - as much as i hate recanting my speculations about things. I have to say now that they DO have a working atomic trustless exchange WORKING so they have not just vanished with the funding it would seem.

This has been it seems verified by 3 key people. SYS dev - they are incorping it into their project. Coblee tweeted that LTC has been added to blocknet and has done a trustless exchange and bitbays dev has said that it looks as though they have atomic exchanges working and posted some code that demonstrated it but I couldn't understand it.

So even though I said it was a possible scam and they were acting like scammers by banning me from their thread for calling them out it does seem they are working away and have produced a working DEX and are working away with other developers adding their coins to it.

I don't appreciate XC being dumped because holders of XC deserved better and were promised this would not happen. I have been told though that once Blocknet is up and functioning XC's role will be made clear once again. On that I will wait and see.

Blocknet though is very much for real and IF it comes through in a reasonable time it will be a game changer here and a welcome one at that. If you want a fully trustless arena then DEX's especially atomic exchange DEX's where zero trust is required are essential.

I had dumped a lot  of mine but I have bought back in since the risk reward ratio on blocknet is now favourable imho.

This is not a defense of how they handled this entire thing. I called them pussies for running away from this board because of a few trolls against them from competing projects. I stick to that criticism you can't run away and hide working in secret because investors and the community need a presence here. But they have created a DEX let's all wait and try it out before we cast final judgement.

Although now at this point to call it a scam looks incorrect. They have developed something very important but they need to get a move on.
Blocknet needs to be out asap.

XC must be brought back too in time blocknets roots are from there you can not leave those people in the cold.

Look into it deeply yourselves before deciding either way. I mean the safest way is probably wait until it is fully released but with 3 good devs saying it does work then for me that was enough to get me back on with them for now. The fact sys is incorping it (he is a skilled dev too) and announced this on their project is a good sign. I mean someone of that skill level is not going to announce pure vapour on his thread and it is out in days apparently so this will also be a good indication. I think BAY is going on it soon and I know LTC is already testing as coblee has said.

We all need to call scam when we see hard signs of scams - sometimes and very rarely these are poorly handled projects in terms of pr and not full scams. Let's wait and see before casting full judgement.

I mean look at the top 20 it is riddled with almost working coming soon vapour they are just better at PR.

There is so much fud against blocknet.It looks like paid champaign of Blocknets competitors.I think,it happens because blocknet will wlow up the market,with their owerhyped tokens with no use in real life

Has anyone who thinks this is not a scam in the right mind checked their github activity? There is hardly any activity in the repositories. so where is all the development going on?

Dear lordie in heaven this one again.

So first they premined currency and ripped off the x11 algo.  When presales started getting popular they dumped all their xc premine and moved on the the Blockbet presale.  Which isn't done after a few years AND it was always just a shitty ripoff the Supernet.  The kicker was always that their "privacy tech" was closed sourced.  Dan, their developer was losing his house to bankruptcy.  Arlyn constantly defended Jasinlee who sold fake litecoin miners.  I feel like for sure I'm missing something.  But as rotten apples go I can't say I've seen worse ones.  Why says a helluva lot in the altcoin forums.

Like I don't understand how these guys can keep coming back and still be tolerated.  It's fascinating 

How do they not wind up in jail?  Does anyone know what wound up happening to Jasinlee?
