Factom received in the last few months 4+4 million Dollar including Tim Draper as a VC. Im sure that Factom will deliver

I agree. The main issue ATM is communication. Factom certainly isn't the only project with communication problems, but ... Tiana stating in a 10/14 interview that a new product would be released in the next week, and then no release, and no comment from Factom, really isn't how to run things. I'm still as bullish as everI believe they have the tech, the market, and the team. But, even more than missed deadlines, the failure to communicate adequately with the public is concerning, and has repercussions beyond temporary market instability.
"Took longer than expected, we're now aiming for X ..." would do the trick. But silence breeds pestilence (aka trolls and FUD), which isn't helpful for anyoneinvestors, potential developers, clients, etc. Code is king, but it's not an island unto itselfit exists in a wider dynamic, and that dynamic is what ultimately determines success IMO.
TL;DR: I would appreciate a comment from Factom on why the new product announced by Tiana on 10/14 for release "next week" was not released.
