if this coin is to go somewhere else than instant dump, things have to go slower in order to provide quality.
First the remaining wallets need to be delivered, then POS needs to start working. We need blockchain and other stuff, and then we can think of an exchange.
I always rush, I want to make profit as soon as possible. If others want to go in long term, they should, not me. I'm only long in Bitcoin. At least I'm honest about it...
99% of all alts are about short term profit for 99% of the investors. Does anybody really believe that in a few years time we're all buying and selling stuff with Ebolashares? Come on.. I sell my ICO share to others for profit. They sell their share for profit to others, etcetera. Untill the last one that will be the bagholder. Almost every alt is just a pyramid scheme with a fancy explanation around it, that's it. And that's alright, as long as you know when to exit.
If we forget the Alt coins world for awhile there is wisdom in life which say (The long way of safety is not far even after a long time) also the rush is the easy way for loosing in real life and in alt coins market, i lost almost 1 BTC just for being hurry like you in mintpal days.

Also you are pointing that every alt coin has no future expect BTC , i will tell you nothing will grantee that look to other alt coin projects for example LTC ,DARk ..etc they are still a live .And many are dead now even BTC prices decline for almost ahalf .
The Alt coins are the future .and you can declare a coin dead when it has no developing concept () AND the developing concept for Ebola coin is to promoted to various continuous charity programs.
