Have same issue with SXC withdrawal "Transfer from cold storage" - more than 12 days!

After 12 days no any reaction from support !!

And right now same "Transfer from cold storage" for XVG

Any suggestions?

And how long you been waiting for them to reply to your ticket? It's 12 days already as my ticket is open and withdrawal frozen. Tho the coin works just fine.

I have posted here the simple steps to fix the Pesobit issue at Yobit. It's an issue that has been going on for 7 months.

I see that Pesobit wallet of Yobit is still not in maintenance mode, and people are transacting a coin that they won't be able to withdraw since you have not upgraded to Pesobit 1.1, the fork all users are on at this moment.

same steps aply to dimecoin but i dont think they care

Hi, withdrawal transaction of my ION coins (now is IONX) is still in sending status from the 28 June 2017 (10 days), when I click on the link it says :
"Not Found,The requested URLen/trade/undefined/undefined was not found on this server."
Please can you cansel this transaction or fix the wallet?

this is the problem.
why would you submit several tickets?
you think if you submit a lot of tickets they are going to solve it very quickly?
you are just slowing them down.
that is not fair for the other people who are also waiting for a response from the support.

Once they open your ticket, I believe they will see all tickets opened by same user. So they just mark them all as "solved". If no than it's their own fault Cheesy

Well a normal company etiquette would suggest a support reply should happen within 24 hours, for a paid service such as Yobit.

When we don't get the reply from support team in 24hours, we assume that they did not receive it/ did not see it, and we resubmit.

well they fixed dimecoin wallet but still waiting for them to process my withdrawals i have some in process and others with transfer from cold storage only gt to withdraw 400 mil coins before the wallet was down

My account was freezed after i deposit some PLBT ..
Why?? I cant trade or withdrawal now.

because is just yoshit and stilling your money. they are scammers and you must adapt, that your have lost this coins.

i advice you stay away from this shit site and try to another exchange or you will lose again...

i agree that they are slow too slow to trust them in the future anymore but they do pay out even if it takes them a long time to deliver the coins are not lost
