I logged into yobit and looked at my BTC wallet and seen I get this message.

"Warning! Please use only new btc address, wallet updated! From 1 aug use only NEW btc addresses for deposits!"

Then I go to create a new address like it says I have to and then I get this message....

"You cannot obtain new address without using current one."


Like um WTF did you even take any of this into consideration ? some users sign up, create a new address and never deposit, how are you guys going to remedy those and others accounts that do similar then ?

Yobit fix $NTRN wallet as soon as possible or let me cancel withdrawl. My coins are stucked in withdrawal 0/2 confirmation for more than 10 days. This is unacceptable. 7 days since my ticket sent to Yobit for support but no answer

I have always steered away from this exchange but used it for one instance and was shocked that Yobit actually processed transfers faster than its competitors. Hope you guys change your UX sometime soon

Yes Yobit has been getting their act together lately. I have start using them a bit more too...
