We are looking into augmented reality over at the Slack group.
If we manage to use it to track and collect geocoins, we've got ourselves a mayor breakthrough imo.
Atm we are testing the browser compatibility of some open source solutions, so stay tuned for some AR fun.

Exactly, you can see them with the use of your camera. It's a bit like
Ingress, combining what your camera sees with an overlay of data.
It's very premature atm, so don't expect a quick progress, but we're working on it.
