Since the problem is solved, I've edited the original post.

Also, would there be a chance for lowering the Ambercoins required to get a dividend to 1000 AMBER? (I have more than that at the moment.) It is critical when it goes to traditional stock market, as shares listed there will pay dividend to people even they have only 1 share (but commissions will deducted)!

No.
It cannot affect any current round but only the next one. (No matter which one will be the current at that moment - #5, #6 or whatever).

As for the new round's value - all I can say now that round #6 price will be 0.05$.
BTC price will be determined at the start of this round depending on $/btc rate.

as today price it will be around 22500 satoshi.so basicly what we buying around there prices will be nearly double from next round.

I don't understand the question, you've just quoted dev's announcement of selling the coins

An investor bought it directly from Amber Trade, I think...

Announcement usually appears before some coins are sent to the exchange.
Lately no coins were sent to the exchange so there was no announcement.

As for coins - today 80,000 Amber were bought directly from the company.

All balances in the list have been updated 10 min ago.

DMS checks every address 4 times a day.

Google list is being updated once a day. Sometimes once a 2 days.
Last time it has been done 01.09.

Luckily it doesn't affect dividends - it's counted automaticly.

1. Still unsold in round #5 - 81k
2. Sold today - 80k
3. Sold earlier - 20k+15k+4k
4. Have been sent to C-Cex at the start of the round - 50k (43k is still unsold)
