I think China is foremost important step. All these exchanges and cryptsys and other stuff can wait if they want - AMBER is buy-stake-get-dividends type "coin" and gives them only cents.
There is massive overheating and rocketing in China stock market and US/EU/JP pulling out their money from there.
If I was chinaman, I pulled already out some money from stocks and made safe landing, invested in gold, silver, diamonds, amber etc. Smart chinaman invested to outside-China companies stocks which mine/process these goods And very smart chinaman invested companies stocks which produce mining equipment
