10:1 is still bullshit.. they never paid us full dividends over 1.5 years.. bitcoin price x10 since they sold ambercoins


the ONLY FAIR IS if they change amber to tokens 1:10! because ambercoins was 39.000.000 Coin and now 100.000.000 Tokens.. all other is bullshit and scam! we should all go to police. this bastards need to go to jail!

i wrote them 24h ago to both e-mails (ambertrade and rbc token) but got until now no answer.

If they don't assist the Exchanges to get on the right chain so we can withdraw our coins to exchange them for the RBC then I will do anything I can to make sure that no one gives this new project a single sat.
If they screw their investors like that then no one should trust them with any money.

Yes not even the people that bought direct from the company can exchange their coins because its unclear what is the current chain..
Has anyone managed a transaction with them yet ?
I have not gotten any response on the emails I sent.
Anyone know how the RBC will be distributed ? will it be ICO on exchange or whats going to happen ?

i bought my 50000 ambercoins for tousends of euros (10000-15000 satoshi price) thats 5-7 btc and i bought after hoping getting dividends again 57000 more ambercoins for 2-3btc at price 5000-10000 sat thats if i just hold the bitcoins now over ~20000 euros.. i bought them over the year 2015-2016 end never got a FUCKING DIVIDEND just one little...

i am shareholder number 117 registered with 107000 ambercoins but selled allready 57000 ambercoin with a big loss because i thought u will never come back..


i have now 50000 ambercoins still holding.. i will just get 500 rpc tokens for them? ARE YOU SERIOUS THAT WILL BE NOTHING??

Its not correct to compare 2 year old price in satoshi at current usd/btc rate.
But we will use individual approach during exchange process.
And in that way will try to compensate losses that some shareholders could have got.

Several millions of Ambers were mined.
Most of coin from exchages were bought at much more less than $0.02 price.
That's why common exchange rate is 100:1.

But some shareholders were buying their Ambercoins from exchanges within the confines of some official rounds.
Those shareholders of course will receive 10:1 rate.

20-21 of June we will send every shareholder e-mail with instruction how to exchange Amber to RBC.
Some days later we will start exchange process.

And will give some additional time for exchange if somebody will not fit in 1 month limit.
We will try to make exchange process as fair and smooth as possible.

Yes any tokens/coins become useless for trading if the company deems them worth 90% less once traded. The entire stock market is based on the 2nd hand trading of stock where the money transferred to other holders not the Company that issued the stock.

You can have different classification of shares at the time of initial offerings, but you can't pick and choose the later value of shares based on whether the company got direct money from the shareholder or the shares where traded between shareholders on market, the entire stockmarket would collapse pretty quickly if this happen.

Those have been spent so you now get this "great" opportunity to buy RBC @ 2.5 usd a piece !
Well at least if u bought direct from the company u get a better exchange rate let me do the math 10- vs 1 nothing vs 100- vs 1 nothing and u cant opt out and your coins will be worthless if u don't exchange .. let me get my calculator out for this one.
Can there be a 3rd option where I get just 2 usd for my 100 Ambercoin ? but I don't have to buy RBC ? my guess would be NO.
