Well, in their defense - and by no means suggesting that their online ops are legit* - their "About Us" page does specifically say (emphasis mine):
BLESSING HASH was founded as a retail electronics store to provide a one-stop-shopping environment for the Hi-Tech Professional
I wouldn't say that storefront screams 'hi-tech professional', but without walking in and asking around..they theoretically could have a bunch of miners stashed in the back that they're selling next to the odd computer and USB power bank.
* Their own 'BlessingHash' page is a myriad of bad photoshops, though, and I'd certainly call that part a scam:
http://blessinghash.com/blessinghash/bh-miner-usb-bitcoin-100gh-s-sha26-miner.html - No, that's not a 100Gh/s StickMiner. Sweet J I wish it was! Alas, just a Block Erupter USB going 333Mh/s:
http://i42.tinypic.com/bhx7wo.jpgWhich of course this one is as well -
http://blessinghash.com/blessinghash/bh-miner-usb-scrypt-5mh-s-litecoin-miner.html - didn't know Block Erupters did Scrypt

Which calls into question any other claims and so forth and so on.
