@ndnhc, I noticed you guys' ratings went from -/+ to 1,2,3.  But what's the order.  Is A1 the best or A3?  I'm thinking it's fair to assume that 2 is the middle

A1 is the best. Denotes A+.
The stupid sheet cannot recognize +. So had to switch to 1 for vlookup to work..

and A3 is A-.

What are loyalty points for ? Seen it on the spreadsheet and still dont know what it means

Loyalty Points:

Earn upto 25 Loyalty points every week! 1 LP = 0.2% of the total payments for the immediately preceding 4 weeks (including the current week). LP will become zero, once the participant leaves or is removed from the campaign.
Converted to Bitcoins when 100 points are accumulated!!
