Is there any difference between "New Enrollees" and the regular members? Do we still get paid for this week?
Nope no difference. Everyone gets paid.
It is just that, usually new enrollees gets paid from the enrollment post (if they were wearing the signature at the time) and the existing enrollees will have the previous ending post count as the starting new post count for the new week.
Also, it differentiate when someone joins the last day.
