Connections still seem low, finally bot bands back up. Would love more info on them though like when a host machine is reset and the client restarted, does one still need to "start" the band or does it kick in on it's own at some point ?
You never need to start a masternode if it's local. You need to start it if, say, you set it up in a vps and in that case it's a "remote" node, that needs to be started.
