From my view if Hollywood movies, UFC, tv shows, music contents, books, and similar content will be displayed in Decent gateways then it will be uploaded by the appropriate individuals/board. Imagine Hulu, Netflix, HBO, producers/marketers get their contents out there without lawsuits, so decent is just about revolutionising how contents are distributed. I believe the team will do better explaining, I just chipped in my view

The protocol layer is indifferent to what is being uploaded. The application layer will be responsible for making sure these types of violations don't happen (I believe).
