1st Testnet, Caesar, will commence at the end of February. Soon, we will publish an article about available features and the way you can sign up and become a tester. 

Be patient, DECENT ICO is non-refundable, so you have to wait or invest other coins. Ethereum developed for 1 year, Augur did it too, and their price were 10X after hitting on exchange, good wait can bring the huge profit.

Where do you guys trading DECENT? Why in Chinese community group, they showed the trading graphs and orders? Do you know where do they trade IOU tokens?

But it is not recommended to trade IOU. its up to you.
