Come on! Matej's role is advertizing the project, spokesman, etc. He is not the core developer. He is not supposed to write any algorithm.
Don't blame him for doing his job. He seems to be a hardworking man, and we should be proud of that.

1) Matej and Sandra have been very active in promoting DECENT, especially in Europe and Asia. This way, I believe many people (whales, mostly) got acquainted to the project and are waiting for the launch in order to buy some DCT.

2) Some people (we) have been following this project since September's ICO. Most of them are willing to buy or hold. Some are willing (or need) to sell as soon as possible.

3) Some people have not been following this project and may have forgotten about it or forgotten their ICO password or loat 2FA or whatever. When they find out about the DCT launch, it may be late 2017 or even 2018.

Conclusion: there will be some flippage as always (flippage means buying in IPO or ICO and selling on the first possible day for a profit), but it will be minimum (as stated in 2 and 3). Buying pressure may be higher due to 1, and as soon as flippers have sold their DCT, the price may start (or improve) its upward momentum until it reaches a stable and high price, where some sell pressure will be present until further development or customers adoption happen.

They are not gamblers. And nobody knows whether ETH will rise or fall in a weak or so. Stop FUDing with pointless arguments like "I know that they know that eth will triple up in a weak or so".

Did I miss this one where is link to details about this plan. I also believe in the team they are doing hard job there to bring some big companies on this platform. I'm hopeful about this before launch of the mainnet they will make exciting announcement.

I haven't been invited yet. Ever. However, I subscribed on the first day (in February I think). That's probably the reason why I received this email. It was two days ago I think. Some people are invited, some are not. But in the end everyone will have their chance.
