I agree wirh you, there is nothing wrong in gambling as a pass time and an entertainment. It is wrong if it is affecting your life so much and bringing a negative turn back to your life and to your family. Gambling as a primary source of income, is rubbish! They are totally ironic with each other because gambling is all about losses and risks, how can gambling bring you profit, it will give you problem and a lot of problem.

maybe some people treat gambling as a way to make money, but for the other people, they treat gambling as a fun thing that they can do in their free time and they have really enjoy the games no matter they're win or loss. many people will said gambling is wrong, but there are many people too that will said playing gambling is not wrong. we only can judge with ourself and we should look what others people said and if other people have another opinion, i think we should agree of what they thinking.

It is wrong, whatever excuses that we have to depend gambling but is wrong according to the Holy Bible. It is a sin if we are going to do this, no matter where we are, when, and what, even though there is no one that you know looking at you when you are gambling, still, the God is always watching us on whatever we do in our everyday lives.

Also, others are cheating just for them to win, which is wrong too, so if you are doing gabling and you are cheating, then you just did two sins, and if you are doing it everyday, then you already do have a lot of sins that you are going to pay when the judgment day comes.

Religion has nothing to do in this thread plus in the bible said killing is a sin yet too many people have died because of that religion!

Anyway, gambling will be wrong if the person is affecting its personal life and the people around him/her. If he is able to control himself and prioritize what is important then gambling will be just an another activity for that person.

Perhaps we should drop the religion thing as it is not something to be discussed around here. It is not wrong to gamble , if people feel that they are wasting their money then gamble as low as $1 or even lower . Im sure that if you have access to an online gambling site then there is no way that you cant afford $1

And what about all the lotteries and bingo organized by church? Why are you promoting gambling site if you think gambling is sin? Also, I don't see gambling in 10 commandments.
Why do you worry about sins anyway? Just call priest and confess him your sins, he will clean your soul from them  

Most people will never be able to get any significant profits out of gambling but there are a few like poker players that can but we must not try tog et profits form games that rely completely on chance like roulette or dice since there is no way to win at those games.

There is nothing wrong with trying to make some money, Forex traders and Stock Brokers are all gamblers.
