They should really get a good big man just like last year, with McGree and Howard giving them quality minutes and you can see that there is chemistry between those big man. They just down grade when they get Gasol which seems to be out of his form with the Lakers team. And without AD, it will be tough for James to just lead the team every night and win.

However this whole week proved to the world that unless AD plays, Lakers is basically a very mediocre team at best, sure they would probably beat Wizards 8 out of 10 times and this was a fluke even without AD, but I have to say Lakers are nowhere near finals level without AD, but obviously all teams are horrible without their superstar yet AD is very injury prone. If AD misses the playoffs with an injury, Lakers are not becoming champions 100% guaranteed, not even Lebron can save them.

If Davis was there, he can always take the last shot as I remember he did during the playoffs and Lakers gets a win, I think that was a 3 point shot from him. That's the good thing with Davis as he can also shoot the 3 point, not only a threat inside but on the outside as well.
