If he doesn't want his superstar teammate then he would not consider going back to the Blazers and let us consider also that LaMarcus Aldridge is not getting any younger, he is already 35 years  and I think he is not anymore in his prime.

Of course he needs to adjust as he is not anymore a franchise player of a team. If he wants to have a better chance on a championship, then maybe he can join the Lakers as they struggle in the inside when AD was injured, he could be a useful back up Center or even a main center, or he can join the Nets where filled with stars.

If he's trying to get a ring before ending his career then you are right, he's the one that in need to adjust and not the entire team for him.

He don't have that right to demand, look at Melo, he's been given the chance to play again and now, with Blazers he's providing the space whenever the team needed him.

He's not demanding any but to play when he's been given the chance and showcase his talent. It should be  same mentality for Aldridge

Most of the stars today are chasing rings before they retired, for them to be able to show somehow in their career they have achieved something, unlike before yes they want championship but being to retire in the team that they have started is a great privilege, a journeyman is normal today just to have a ring, im sure aldridge wan't to add something in his resume before leaving the sports that he loves.

As a Spurs fan it has been a weird day, first we lost to Mavs and then I hear that LMA is gone as well. I hope that he finds a good place for himself somewhere that has a chance to win a ring, dude is good enough to actually be a third or fourth option in a title team, if Blake Griffin can find a place for himself, LMA can definitely find a place as well. Will we have a chance to trade him?

I do not think so, he is paid way too much for what he provides, so I do not think that teams would want that, but we could buy him out for some of his contract (the guaranteed amount) and let him go so he can sign somewhere for vet minimum and he definitely deserves more than vet minimum, he can spread the floor as well as any big and he is good defensively as well. As a Spurs fan I like to catch up on our old players and I would love to see him win a ring.

We have to remember that the Nets that night were playing without Irving and Durant, while Mavericks just got KCP back in the line up. A healthy Nets also is hard to beat but I'm not underestimating the Mavericks as they've been playing so great in the last 10 games.

Nets won again, that's a great win against a good team.

They beat the Celtics 109-121 and Irving lead the team with 40 points while Harden contribute a double double effort with 22 points and 10 rebounds.
Both are so consistent, they have been winning and had only lose once when Irving was resting.

Yeah, that was a big statement showed by his game. He ain't so effective when he was still playing with the Celtics but maybe he coaching style is different and look at Irving with the Nets, he can dropped 40 points or 50 points easily, that's how good he is if the team would just let him handle the game by taking most of the FG attempts.
