I guess it will benefit both teams. Irving does not seem interested any more in playing with the Nets and he stated that he will retire if he gets traded, but if he knows his destination with be the Lakers playing with his old buddy and has a chance to win a ring again, I think he might change his mind.

This is speculation only if that would happen, but until Irving will sort his problem regarding his non-vaccination stance, then it's useless to expect a trade since we might not be able to see Irving for a while until non-vaccinated players are allowed to play because a cure of the virus has been discovered already.

I also believe that Howard should have more minutes than Jordan. He's been in this team and he knows how the system works.

Yes, he has been listed as probably prior to the OKC game and we've seen that he was given enough minutes to play because of his injuries and Jordan was given the time to play. But we all know that Howard is the more effective center of the time, specially Howard's shot blocking and intimidation in the middle. But coach Vogel can't do anything and his hands are force to let Jordan be the center or at least Davis.

Tonight it looks like we’ve got a doubleheader on ESPN. Bucks and the Knicks in the first game and then the Warriors and the Pelicans. Without Zion I don’t think the Pelicans have much of a shot, nor is that game one is want to watch. Similarly, the Bucks and Knicks aren’t 2 teams I get excited to watch. Curry has been on his game though, so maybe he’ll provide some entertainment.

That is as nearly impossible as it gets from the Lakers point of view. I do not know where the narrative for "Lakers are not doing great" comes from, but they are doing as well as expected. Lebron is injured, sometimes he plays and sometimes he doesn't but he is injured, even when he plays he is not full on lebron just yet. That means we are talking about Westbrook who is a guy who plays eccentric and needs his teammates to get used to him, AD who never really won much by himself at Nola and maybe Melo who used to be an amazing player but we all know how he is now.

Far from happening. It's just a meme since Kyrie was a problem in Nets. Contrary to Russell Westbrook that the team is losing but he has a big contribution. The Lakers are choked, not just on a single player.

Kyrie's problem in the Nets is more can't be solved easily because it included mental problems by Kyrie lol. On the other hand, the Lakers are not totally doomed because they are still winning. Their problem can be solved just by continuing their good efforts to win.

Maybe at the end of the season, I will agree with you since Kevin Durant is still playing and working on his stat sheets. We didn't see the whole Kevin Durant for now. Right now, he is nowhere in the level of Dirk Nowitzki and Ray Allen in terms of stat sheets because obviously, these 2 greats are now done in career. I follow Dirk Nowitzki since 2003 and his shooting is really crazy. The elevation of his shot is unique. He was one of the dangerous threats at any team since in his shooting form, the ball was well protected. With Durant's height, he can also do the same and we witnessed that during their Eastern Conference Finals with the Milwaukee Bucks where he always nailed a shot when Tucker is guarding him.

This just in lebron out a week with an injury.  This will be coonplace with the Lakers this year.  They are just too old to make it through the season.  Lakers are going to struggle not because they don't have good players that can still ball but because they will struggle with chemistry.  Lakers will be lucky to nab first round home playoff spot.

The Clippers have been quietly riding Paul George to some victories lately. I was ready to count them out this year with Kawhi being injured but he’s playing the best he has in years. He got 21-11-6 on 4-20 shooting tonight and managed to help secure a 20 point win even while shooting 20% from the field. I honestly think the Clippers look like the best team in Los Angeles at the moment (I’m sure that will change).
