The game between Nets vs Timberwolves show on how James Harden matured as a player. He definitely knows his role in the game as he was able to dish out 14 assists. Since he knows that Durant will be able to dominate the playing field, he acted as a support for his teammates, which he made them better. I am looking forward to see other games of Nets and on how they are managing their chemistry.
He has done this in the last season, he no longer the dominant ball hog who chooses to score more. He has settled his role with the Nets, KD is the alpha and him and Kyrie(?), even though superstars in their own right, should somewhat just be in the background and let KD do his thing. Unfortunately, he got injured when they have their series against the Bucks.
Unfortunately, Lakers have yet to formalize their team chemistry with each other. Like what I previously mentioned, their individual players are skilled (most are all-stars) but as a team, they have to work on their chemistry and ball movement more.
Just give them sometime, what's scary though is that once this experience players blend, we don't know how dominant they can be.
Can they be a 70-10 team this season?
