Hey Faucets in a site are always a nice idea as many newbie users first like to test it, before playing big hand and I like the way one needs to earn his faucets at BTSLR. I think yours is a valid point as site design, instant withdrawal, instant deposits, probably fair game are also important factors for a gambler. I dont think all gamblers need to worry about KYC, as you only need it if you win a very big amount, for small amounts youre not subjected to KYC regulations.
As far as I know, KYC will be applied only on a specific occurrence, to users who are suspected of committing acts that are not commendable. So, as long as we play according to the rules, we don't need to worry about being asked to do a KYC, no matter how big our withdrawal amount will be.
From what I understand the only time that KYC is required is when the casino receives some tainted coins which have a questionable past.
Basically if someone is trying to mix some stolen MtGox or Bitfinex hack coins and they send it to a casino, make 1 bet and try and do a withdraw then it will automatically get flagged.
It doesn't matter if the balance is large or not, it matters where the trail of the BTC ends up from. Currently for most occurances there are no KYC with most casinos including Bitsler.
