Yes nydiacaskey01, panjul07 and emberbekas are correct. They are not labelled as an exchanger and do not want to be left with less when doing their exchanges because of the high fluctuation of an alt coins to btc or btc to alt coin conversion.
As you can see with using other exchange sites like changelly or fixedfloat. Their conversions change every couple of seconds at a very frequent rate of exchange so you will never get the same price once the coins are sent and confirmed by their site. So it would best to just transfer off the bitsler site and use one of the mentioned sites above to do your exchange if you see it not up to par to what you believe you deserve to get back in return.
