Keep in mind the following attack to this tactic:
Account on the ico website is not the same as brainwallet keys you created during the funding.  The keys are the password to a real account on the Lisk chain once launched and can be accessed with the password on any wallet after launch.

I could sell the account all I want, but if I can open a wallet once the chain is live and transfer out the lisk before you can, then you would be out of luck. Do not think that not having access to the ico website is a guarantee that the lisk will remain in the brain wallet created at the time of the ico.

Just wanted to point that out for those that may not understand.
