What is the safety of being able to access anyones waves wallet with the seed? Couldn't this be dictionary hacked? I know this has been done with bitcoin wallets and brainwallet. Hoping 2fa will be implemented soon.
It is much safer as the random words have a much higher entropy than the passwords avarage joe will come up with. It may look less secure, but it is mathematically proven to be very strong.
2fa would be a very welcome addition, but this will require some form of centralization right?
The only way to not centralize a 2fa is to encrypt the wallet with the both authentificators (pass + 2fa).
The issue is that you'll have no way to recover your wallet (except with your seed) if you lost your pass or the 2fa key.
For me this extra security is not that bad for a local usage if many peoples use your computer. Else a strong password is enough.
Keeping your seed secret and download the litewallet on your personal computer are still the best protections.
