You will be able to host full node or lease your balance to full nodes by using lite client only for example and you will still receive the reward, so any balance above 0 is good.

So we can compare full nodes to pools of rewards which will be distributed between full nodes and people who are leasing to them. There will be competition between nodes also.

Waves will have own decentralized exchange. Waves team is building first production system on top of Scorex framework where Waves token will be the fuel of whole platform and all transactions happening there, from issuing the assets, through transfer, depositing and withdrawing other supported currencies on the platform. Focus is on custom asset creation, lite client, end-user, no blockchain download, decentralized exchange, asset-asset trading, fiat assets, working with payment providers from the start and being decentralized kickstarter at the same time. Other features and apps/plugins center will be appearing in meantime. Waves will have its own implementation of POS, its own transaction types, its own unique reputation system on the blockchain and many more things. Rewards will be distributed between all network users who have a balance, above full nodes, all lite client end-users will be able to lease their balance to full nodes and receive rewards also. There'll be competition between the nodes. What you see as of now is only first version of testnet. It is huge project. So above Waves token being the fuel of whole platform, there will be also incentives from the network itself.

Above it we prefer to cooperate with many good projects like Mycelium instead of competing.

I's great now that WAVES has raised over 6k Bitcoin so far in this ICO. Let's hope once it hits the exchanges that idiots don't dump below the ICO price we all bought because I have seen other ICOS, they actually have done that lol. I can't see the logic in that t all but they tend to do it. Otherwise I am pretty optimistic about the project so far.

I was recently on Instagram and found the waves platform advertising it's ICO fundraiser. Honestly I felt it a bit sneaky considering it could well be funded using the prospect of funds which are already invested, which then may be diluted as a result. Could you explain this and whether you feel this is appropriate?
