Will pools exist in waves?
You will be able to host full node or lease your balance to full nodes by using lite client only for example and you will still receive the reward, so any balance above 0 is good.
So we can compare full nodes to pools of rewards which will be distributed between full nodes and people who are leasing to them. There will be competition between nodes also.

There is no limit, just having bigger balance means bigger rewards, when you are leasing to full node or hosting full node.

Can we read up on requirements somewhere for running full nodes? Is it just a matter on running a full blockchain on a high availability node like a VPS? I don't recall seeing this information while reading on the Waves site. Thanks!
Details will be in tech paper, including new POS implementation, scalability approach etc. End of May/early June. Present paper is just general information presenting the vision.
