I made some bets at your site and I have earned some Clubhouse reward points. There is a message in my inbox that those points will expire at the end of the month. I tried checking your Clubhouse FAQ on the main page, (https://sportsbet.io/support/clubhouse-faq) but it takes me to a non-existing page with a message saying page not found.

Can you tell me more what I can with these points before they expire?

I visited the link you gave and it says "Not found" you can see the screenshot here - http://prntscr.com/v96n55 maybe it is still under progress and yet to be released. It is still a great feature because at times we have to take screenshot to share bets so it would be easier with a feature like that.

I usually use sportsbet.io to make my LOL betting as not all sportsbooks provide that option and live in-play betting is so cool as LOL bettors would know and agree with me. I can see the drafts from both teams and easily analyze who has the better draft and usually the team with late game insurance wins. One thing I wish was to have some promotions on the LOL betting because there are boosted odds but really some special promotion would be so cool.

Oh man losing 40 bets in a row must be a record of some kind. may I know what kind of odds are you betting on? Because it feels near impossible to lose 40 bets even on 5-6 odds and if even I close my eyes and make picks I can't lose that much. Maybe you can show us some of the bets and really feel bad for you anyways.

There was a time when I had lost like 11 straight bets on UFC but that was because I was picking winner method like Khabib by submission (which I bet and won actually ). Can't wait for the next UFC event and I am getting better at predicting them.

The vip reward points are given out for each bet you place. Once you reach a specific amount of points indicated by the vip level you are currently at, then it will tick over and you will be able to claim the reward for that level.
The points or more so the level you reach will expire at the end of each month. Then you will start from the last level you reached by that month.
Atleast that is what the rules indicate would happen, but I have reached gold level last month but started at 0 points and at the very start of the vip level system.
The points accumulator did increase to 1.25x for the amount of wagered, but I would need to keep betting the same amount that I did in the previous month or I will lose this accumulator, which does really sound bad.
But this is what it is since it started and I have been part of the vip rewards program from the very start in the middle of August.
