You are correct in that it is pre-mined. However you are incorrect on devs holding 90% of the supply. Its actually about 30% and decreasing because of the massive amount of give-away that they're doing. I have gotten 100 lbry credits so far from just.......using lbry and posting a videos and watching them.
I was actually even more skeptical of Lbry than most of you guys now when I first read about it (because I've been in this long enough to never trust ANY premine scam coins).
That being said, I'm giving this one a benefit of the doubt in regards to that since they already have a working app that you can upload videos to and earn money from. Someone just made like 5$ uploading a lesbian porn video and I wish I was joking but I'm not.
