Bringing the HEAT

Waves is going through the top, heat is a direct competitor as far as I know. Can someone tell me what the main differences are? In which way is heat superior (I know of microservices atleast) and what will be the plan to catch up with waves?

I feel a bit the same, but they have remained focused, so we will see
