Maybe you can enlighten me.  What's the difference between a token that pays ETH rewards like ICN, and other tokens that pay ETH rewards on Poloniex like DAO or REP ?

And what are these licenses you are referring to?  Both exchanges are registered MSB (money services business) with USA federal government.  Neither exchange has any SEC licenses.

I see that people are still fighting because of Poloniex and other exchange not listing ICNs yet . NDA or whatever the name is , is still active as mentioned by Jani last time so we should expect seeing it on new exchange soon. I understand that Liqui.io isn't trusted enough and Kraken isn't good when It comes to UI or UX etc... but you guys should be patient.
