    yes i think it can help but not so much, because poor countries have no facilities of computers and internet, and without computer and internet we cannot even think about the bitcoin without internet.

    Indeed I think it can help out a little bit too maybe by them using the currency the country would get more rich.
    Or if they invest in it then they could make money like this also and then the country could be more developed.

    People are stuggling to make ends meet there, so how do you expect them to invest in Bitcoin and keep it untouched for a certain period of time while they badly need the money for food and stuff?
