The machine may have been powered on or rebooted just before taking that reading, or maybe its located in a other room or rack.
Whatever the cause, 10 out of 11 (or 11 out of 12 if we include your unit) is not an isolated incident.

What I'm saying is unrelated, thou.

Every time your pool stratum request to do the "flushwork" KnC cgminer driver instead of flushing it finish old work and submitting it, this lead to a prompt decrease of your hash rate. And it takes 10 secs at min to climb up to normal level. This happens every time a new block is found (not only blocks found by your pool). The damage get worse when your your pool find a block within a few minutes/seconds from the last "flushwork" request.

Since every reward system is based on the number of shares you submit, independently from your particular reward sys you'll get less btc in the case described above

How many RJ45 ports does your wifi router have?  Are you connecting more than one item to a cable modem?  Cable modems (sometimes) come with a USB port and an RJ45 port.  This does not mean you can use both.  It's one or the other.  If your home has a single computer to the cable modem then that's all the cable modem is going to accept.  If one wants more than one computer to the cable modem one plugs the upstream port of a router to the cable modem and then has the multiple downstream port switches (RJ45 ports) and possibly wireless.  When you boot a computer with DHCP to the cable modem it will not be assigned an IP address in the 192.168.xxx.xxx range but if you plug into the router, you will.  If you connect wirelessly to the router you will also get assigned via DHCP an address in the 192.168.xxx.xxx range.  Your computer shows an IP address of 192.168.43.51 I believe with a gateway of 192.168.43.1.  The .43 is unusual.  Still, if the wifi router is assigning addresses in the 192.168.43.0 net then you should be able to plug your computer cat5 RJ45 cable into the back of the wifi router and boot and still get assigned a 192.168.43.0 net address.   There should be more than one RJ45 downlink port on the wifi router.  Plug both the computer and the Jupiter into different RJ45 ports on the wifi router.  Boot the computer, boot the Jupiter, open a browser on the computer and go to http://192.168.43.1, log into your wifi router, go to status, go to local network, bring up the DHCP client table, see what DHCP addresses have been assigned, and there should be two, the one assigned to your computer and one assigned to the Jupiter.  Open putty on the computer, input the address assigned to the Jupiter, open, sign into the Jupiter.  You're home free.

They are not shipping anymore, because they are stuck in their datacenter and HW/FW problems.

how much speed should one expect after connecting the miner to pool? doe s it take 24 hours to reach full speed?

mine seems to be fluctuating between 180 to 260

they told me they test them up to 105 celsius but I modded my airflow to keep everything between 40-59

Dhenson and bargraphics. FYI, I'm having similar problems as you are. I brought up my unit on the semi private pool last night and it briefly hashed at 100GH/s with a 5-10% rejection rate before going to zero.

I know that KNC is working on it, but damn - this is really turning into a shit show for us and for them, if they have to keep compensating us and pulling their hair out to make it work.

Besides the actual problems our choices for monitoring the situation aren't good. If the customers leave the miners set to the knc pool, there is no way for us to monitor hashrate, payouts, rejection rates, etc and we have to trust that knc is doing this - which at this point I don't. If we run it on our own pool, then we can monitor it but we have no way of knowing if knc is paying attention to these units (perhaps through remote cgminer api) so that they'll tend to problems that occur.

I'm really not enjoying the hosted experience at all so far - I hope that the next few days that experience changes dramatically.
