There are daily limit but that is not the main problem because it can be withdrawn every day this method is better than taking the risk of misuse of identity

The answer is very simple EON have not met the required volume to be listed in coinmarketcap even the eon exchange. For the other exchange listing i don't know this is only based on what kind of product they given to the public. I am also expecting that someday they do something about it and not just left this amongst other.
