Wow. I guess Allentown and Bethlehem recovered. Still waiting on Duquesne to do the same (crime index 4 out of 100) - Ah, the good old days watching meemaw sweeping away the manganese, lead and zinc particles glittering on the ground like freshly fallen snow in the early morning light.
Are you a man of the Lehigh valley, sir? I took you to be Canadian!
My children are descendants of that area though.. I know it well. I raise a glass of Yuengling to you my friend, whether Canada (Moosehead? Molsen?) or PN (Yuungling).
Lehigh valley? Never heard of it
When I was younger and drinking once in a while, my preference was for Molson Golden.

Sadly, it disappeared like so many other treasures from my youth... the free toy in my box of cereal (as if I needed another reason to wake up bright and early), phonebooths, VHS rentals, recording all my favourite songs from friends' LPs onto cassettes I purchased in boxes of 10, Kresge's, Hills Department Store (I still remember yelling, "Dad!! Look! They sell everything! They even have TVs!", the first time we entered one.
Now, if I have a beer it would likely be Sleeman Clear (or 2.0 or whatever they call it now) or if I'm feeling particularly wealthy I'll have a Michelob Ultra. I just checked my fridge and all I have is a can of Stella Artois and a can of Alexander Keith's. What the heck - I'm going to open one and raise it back to you and I'll toast Kennywood and the Steelers. Cheers!
