it doesn't matter where you raised the fund,as long as it was/is ICO then it's including,the worse case scenerio would be most of the exchange will refuse to list any coin that related with ICO...by the way...not just China.

well,this is a question you should ask China/other country goverment.

The FUD being spread here is unbelievable.

Hong Kong is not subject to Chinese regulations because it has the status of a Special Administrative Region.

People in Hong Kong hold different passports, pay with different fiat money, they even have a different government. Get this - there is immigration between Hong Kong and China. Hong Kong people can access google, Facebook etc., Mainland Chinese can not.

Hong Kong is/used to be the financial hub in Asia. Try getting RMB out of China via official channels, good luck.

Tldr: Hong Kong and China are subject to different regulations, hence no impact on ICOs carried out in Hong Kong.

A few hours they posted an interview with a Yale Nobel Prize winning economist who has literally written a book on economic bubbles.

My takeaway: there is HUGE expansion left in crypto before it becomes a widespread and widely known force.  This means a HUGE future for MCO.

it needs patience though. Agree buy cheaper and sell it higher. Bitcoin is down as the same the MCO time to buy  but still upon holding it we are sure that it will be up soon but it really takes that that sometimes you think that you will sell it though in later on you regret it again on selling because it is high price. No matter what i hold my mco to reach my set

Thats one of the great news if it is true and it is implemented after the follow big bad news about the ico in china that is ban and it spread wide and makes the coins in red. Though now the coins are getting back but still it is not the same price . MCO now is sort of it is still dump im waiting for the right time to sell my mco i hope it will back at 0.006 btc
