If ViSA annc is out on 18th, we will see a steady rise .

But if there is still no any VISA related ann on that date, I dont see the point of staying anymore.

They can't get out with the current price so they have to wait, MCO is different from the coin you used as an example because it is listed in big exchange like bittrex while DBIX or Dubaicoin is not. When I analyze the price movement I usually look at the volume and it seems MCO is the winner in terms of volume and we need those volume who were responsible for raising this to its ATH and let's hope it will happen soon.

I shouldn't beleive it unless it's there.
It's all about communication, and that's what's not happening here.

MCO is already listed on the biggest exchange now, Bittrex, but had some issues with VISA approval! On the other hand, CENTRA is at the begining, it seems they have all things setled, they can already issue cards worldwide, but is not listed yet, on BIttrex! We will see what happens

 MCO have a very good community and will definitely have a product that works really well on the 18th. let's wait for this good news and see what will happen
