If they failed on obtaining the approval, I dont think they will be bothered to update their twitter account at all.

Lets say if we got 4.5k 500MCO cards , and 50 50kMCO card buyers out of 15k users,
A purchase and lock of 4.75M tokens means the price will skyrocket as it counts for half of current existing circulation.
The price can boom again anytime sooner .
